SUSAN SCHNEIDER holds the Distinguished Scholar chair at the Library of Congress and is the director of the AI, Mind and Society (“AIMS”) Group at the University of Connecticut. She writes about the fundamental nature of the self and mind, especially from the vantage point of issues in philosophy of mind, metaphysics, cognitive science, applied ethics, astrobiology and AI. She is the author of Artificial You: AI and the Future of Your Mind.
